Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM- Strong understanding of SAP integration with other systems- Experience in customizing SAP CRM functionalities- Knowledge of SAP CRM data model and architecture- Hands-on experience in SAP CRM configuration and development Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM- This position is based at our Thiruvananthapuram office- A Graduate degree is required Qualifications Graduate
