Summary:As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure that the applications function seamlessly and meet the expectations of stakeholders. Lead the design, development, and deployment of AEM Forms solutions including Adaptive Forms, Form Data Model, Workflows, and Document Services. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AEM Forms-based solutions. Guide and mentor a team of developers, providing technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices. Integrate AEM Forms with external systems such as REST/SOAP services, databases, and third-party APIs. Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability of forms solutions. Manage and maintain AEM environments, including configuration, deployment, and performance tuning. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, deployment plans, and support documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with AEM product updates, new features, and industry trends. Required
Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience in AEM Forms development (on-premise or Cloud Service). Strong expertise in Adaptive and HTML Forms, Form Data Model (FDM), AEM Workflow, and Document Services (XDP/PDF). Solid understanding of Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML5, XML, and CSS. Experience in integrating AEM with RESTful/SOAP web services. Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Maven), and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting AEM-based applications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
