Role: We are seeking a talented and self-motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our growing tech team. You'll be responsible for building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. This is a hands-on coding role requiring strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. - Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. - Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. - Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment and scaling. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams. - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile sprints. - Write clean, modular, and well-documented code. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development. - Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. - Strong experience with React.js including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux). - Backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js. - Experience with MongoDB, Mongoose, and understanding of data modeling. - Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies. - Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web security.,
