In this role, you will collaborate with application teams and developers to enhance coordination among operations, development, and testing functions by automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes. Responsibilities: - Focus on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications - Plan and execute the DevOps pipeline supporting the application life cycle throughout the DevOps toolchain - Manage the IT infrastructure in alignment with the software code requirements - On-board applications on the DevOps tool and customize configurations based on client needs - Establish user access workflows and provide access following defined processes - Customize and engineer the DevOps tool as per client specifications - Collaborate with development staff for coding and scripting to connect code elements necessary for software release with production infrastructure - Utilize automation tools for testing and deployment in a DevOps environment - Offer customer support on DevOps tools and ensure timely assistance to internal and external customers on various platforms - Address and resolve raised tickets on DevOps tools within specified timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction - Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of critical or recurring issues Performance Metrics: 1. Achieve 100% error-free onboarding and implementation of continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring 2. Ensure timely customer resolutions as per defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and zero escalations Mandatory Skills: Redhat Ansible Experience Required: 5-8 Years Join us at Wipro as we embark on a journey of reinvention.
