Role: Android Developer Work Location: Bangalore Experience: 4-6 years Responsibilities: As an Android Developer at 75F, you will be responsible for developing the company's next-generation IoT applications for Smart Buildings. Working closely with a diverse team of cloud and firmware engineers, you will contribute to software products deployed in commercial buildings to optimize energy consumption and enhance occupants" comfort and productivity. Key responsibilities include: - Architecting and developing high-quality code and algorithms for Java & Android applications. - Collaborating with international developers and architects in an agile environment. - Designing, implementing, testing, and delivering new features for the Android gateway application. - Ensuring quality attributes are integrated into the development process. - Writing user documentation and contributing to product design methodologies. - Collaborating with product managers and test leads on user stories and acceptance criteria. - Participating in problem resolution and ensuring secure coding practices. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - 7 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing Java and Kotlin applications for Android/Linux platforms. - Strong knowledge of Android SDK, UI design principles, and RESTful APIs. - Experience with testing libraries, Java package management tools, and continuous delivery practices. - Strong communication and collaboration skills in a global setting. - Passion for learning, self-motivation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
