We are expanding our production capabilities and transitioning to no-bake sand systems to improve casting consistency and surface finish. We are seeking a foundry incharge with hands-on experience in steel casting operations to lead the transition and take ownership of day-to-day foundry performance. Role Summary: The Foundry Incharge will be responsible for end-to-end management of the steel casting foundry, including melting, molding, sand preparation, and shop floor coordination.
