Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, manage, and format PowerPoint presentations for transformation initiatives, reviews, and leadership meetings.
Track key project action items, dependencies, and timelines through Excel dashboards and trackers.
Maintain structured documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, and project updates.
Drive follow-ups with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.
Take ownership of routine transactional work to free up leadership bandwidth.
Support TMO in market research, data collection, collation, and data analysis.
Participate in workshops, review sessions, and other transformation-related activities.

Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
