Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, manage, and format PowerPoint presentations for transformation initiatives, reviews, and leadership meetings.
  • Track key project action items, dependencies, and timelines through Excel dashboards and trackers.
  • Maintain structured documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, and project updates.
  • Drive follow-ups with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.
  • Take ownership of routine transactional work to free up leadership bandwidth.
  • Support TMO in market research, data collection, collation, and data analysis.
  • Participate in workshops, review sessions, and other transformation-related activities.

  • Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
