Job Description

As an Analyst in Marketing Operations at our Gurugram location, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Marketing Operations and Global Marketing Executive programs. Your primary responsibilities will include managing workflow for key marketing operations programs and finance processing with a focus on priorities. You will collaborate closely with global marketing peers across different time zones, ensuring smooth finance and procurement processes such as marketing purchase requests, stakeholder inquiries, and vendor management. Your role will also involve maintaining standardized processes across global teams to ensure compliance and support marketing operations governance. Additionally, you will assist in data analysis, dashboard creation, database maintenance, presentations, and financial report generation using various tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. To excel in this position, you must possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. With 2-3 years of professional experience, including prior experience in executive and operations-related assistance, you should be proficient in MS Office tools, database management, and finance tools. Being responsive to communication and tasks across different time zones is essential, along with efficient time management and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders. Your educational background should ideally be in Finance, and you should demonstrate adaptability to new tools as per business requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience working with global clients, and a detail-oriented, organized approach to time management are key attributes for success in this role. You should be a self-starter and a team player capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
