Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Analyst to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets and provide insights.
Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets for tracking key performance indicators.
Create reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and patterns.
Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations and solutions based on data analysis findings.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of data analysis principles and techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with data visualization tools and software is an asset.
