Key Responsibilities: ● Install and commission ventilation products (exhaust fans, air systems) as per company guidelines. ● Conduct routine maintenance and service calls to diagnose and resolve issues. ● Attend breakdowns and perform timely repairs, ensuring minimum downtime for the client. ● Provide product usage guidance and basic troubleshooting to customers post-installation. ● Maintain accurate service reports, feedback logs, and customer acknowledgment records. ● Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards during site visits. ● Coordinate with the Service Manager for job scheduling, spare part requirements, and escalations. ● Support inventory tracking of tools, spares, and parts issued for field operations. ● Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products and service protocols. Required Qualifications: ● ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering. ● 1–3 years of field experience in product installation, maintenance, or servicing. ● Basic understanding of electrical wiring, mechanical fittings, and motor components. ● Ability to use basic diagnostic tools, hand tools, and electrical meters. ● Willingness to travel extensively across designated regions.
