Position: HR Manager (Male only) Department: Hospitality Services Location: Abu Road, Wasda, Rajasthan Website: https://amartara.in Reports to: General Manager Job Summary: The Human Resources Executive/Manager at Amartara Luxury Hotel & Resort is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions within the property. This includes talent acquisition, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, policy compliance, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations and a high level of employee satisfaction aligned with the resort's luxury standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements. Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the resort’s culture and standards. 2. Training and Development Design and implement training programs to upskill staff and maintain service excellence. Organize orientation sessions, cross-training, and hospitality-focused development workshops. Facilitate regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback. 3. Employee Relations Build and maintain a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment. Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and support employee well-being. Act as a key communicator between employees and management. 4. HR Policies and Procedures Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures specific to hospitality operations. Ensure adherence to local labor laws, hotel policies, and Amartara brand standards. Keep employees informed and educated about all HR policies and updates. 5. Performance Management Coordinate the performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness and objectivity. Guide managers in goal setting and performance development planning. Identify high performers and manage underperformance through coaching or improvement plans. 6. Compliance and Legal Ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws and state regulations applicable in Rajasthan. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Assist in labor inspections, audits, and legal matters as needed. 7. Communication and Culture Foster transparent and consistent communication across all levels. Organize staff meetings, employee engagement activities, and internal communications. Promote the resort’s values, vision, and commitment to luxury hospitality in all HR practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and HRMS tools. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local dialects is an advantage.
