Generate new business through client acquisition, cold calling, and lead conversion. 2. Explain broking products and services clearly to potential clients. 3. Guide and support clients in stock market investments and trading activities. 4. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for retention and growth. 5. Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are consistently achieved. 6. Actively stay updated with stock market trends, tools, and compliance regulations. 7. Maintain proper records of interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools. Required Skills: 1. Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively. 2. Excellent client acquisition techniques and business development mindset. 3. Ability to build trust and lasting relationships with customers. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. In-depth knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and brokerage systems. 6. Target-driven and self-motivated with a professional attitude. Eligibility Criteria: 1. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales within a brokerage or financial services firm. 2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Bachelor’s degree or core experience in same field .
