Business Process Analysis – Alpa Infrastructure Document and streamline internal processes (Work Orders, Procurement, BGs, FD, WC Insurance, Project Dashboards) Collaborate with software teams to define functional requirements for Zoho/Glide/ERP tools Analyze project data and build performance tracking dashboards (progress, billing, cost, etc.) Study infrastructure-related government policy (MORTH, NHAI, TOT) to support business decisions 2.
