The ideal candidate will reflect the brand’s elegance while ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages Maintain the reception area and showroom appearance to luxury standards Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team or management Offer refreshments to guests and ensure a premium customer experience Handle inquiries about product offerings and direct to appropriate staff Maintain daily visitor records and assist with basic administrative tasks Support showroom events or product launch days as needed Requirements Minimum 2 year of front desk or receptionist experience (luxury/retail preferred) Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Presentable, well-groomed appearance with professional etiquette Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer handling Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Friendly demeanour with a client-first attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience in a luxury retail or design-based environment Background in customer service or hospitality is a plus
