Job Summary : We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee our Internal software development projects from conception to deployment. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the necessary quality standards. Role & responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, design, development, and deployment of software projects. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans and timelines, and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on the project. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software projects meet quality standards and are tested thoroughly. Manage project budgets and ensure that expenses are within budgetary constraints. Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Manage project scope changes and ensure that all changes are properly documented and approved. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in any field, however a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field will be preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in airline related business or Project management. Strong project management skills and experience managing software projects. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with software development methodologies, tools, and technologies. PMP or Agile certification is preferred.
