• Independently handling the complete Air Import process.
• Coordinate with international agents, airlines, CHAs, and transporters to ensure timely and compliant cargo movement.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and timely filing of documents.
• Maintain strong communication with airlines, customs brokers, transporters, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to logistics, freight costs, and inventory movement
• Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities

Educational Qualifications & Work Experience

• Candidates from logistics and Freight forwarding/ CHA industries would be preferred
• 3+ years of experience in air import operations/account management.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
