Type: Full-time | On-site Accommodation: Provided for male candidates Salary: 15,000 – 30,000/month + Performance Incentives We Are Hiring (3 Positions) We are looking for 3 talented PPC Executives to join our fast-growing digital marketing team: Meta Ads Executive Google Ads Executive 3. LinkedIn Outreach Expert If you are passionate about performance marketing and ready to relocate to a focused and energetic work environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ads campaigns Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis Work on lead generation campaigns with clear ROI goals Manage budgets and ad spends effectively Collaborate with the creative and content team to create high-converting ad creatives Implement automation tools for marketing processes wherever applicable Preferred Skills: Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in managing paid campaigns (Meta or Google) Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads , Sales Navigator , and LinkedIn Outreach Automation is a plus Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion tracking Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc. Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities What We Offer: Competitive salary with monthly performance-based incentives Free accommodation for male candidates Opportunity to work in a result-driven and innovative environment Immediate joining opportunity Growth path into senior performance marketing roles Requirements: Must be ready to relocate to Manchar (Accommodation support provided) Immediate joiners will be preferred Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
