AI Tester

As an AI Tester at Emerson, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of AI-driven applications through both automated and manual testing methods. Collaborating closely with data scientists and software engineers, you will be responsible for testing, verifying, and validating AI applications to enhance their performance and usability. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing detailed test plans and test cases for AI-based applications, conducting rigorous tests on various AI models and algorithms, identifying and reporting defects, bugs, and anomalies in AI behavior, and developing automated test scripts for efficient testing. Additionally, you will work on preparing test data, conducting functional and regression testing, and assisting in training and fine-tuning AI models based on user feedback. To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, strong knowledge of AI technologies and machine learning frameworks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment. You should also be detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to accept feedback to implement changes effectively. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing for AI applications, knowledge of ethical AI principles, and proficiency with automated testing tools and AI platforms. This is a full-time position based at Matrix Tower, Pune, India, with a day shift schedule.
