AI Practice Head

You are looking for a visionary and strategic leader to assume the role of GEN AI Practice Head at our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for driving innovation, leading the development of cutting-edge generative AI solutions, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of AI projects. Your primary objective will be to build and scale the GenAI practice in alignment with business objectives, expanding market presence, and contributing to organizational growth in AI-driven technologies. Your responsibilities will include formulating and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the GenAI practice while establishing thought leadership through the identification of emerging trends and use cases in Generative AI. Additionally, you will define and standardize GenAI frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for project delivery, and build partnerships with AI technology providers, startups, and academic institutions. As the Gen AI Practice Head, you will lead the design and development of scalable GenAI-based solutions, including NLP models, image/video synthesis, and creative AI applications. Your role will also involve overseeing the selection of tools, platforms, and frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Google Vertex AI to ensure that solutions meet client requirements in scalability, performance, and ethical AI considerations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI consultants. By fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team, you will drive initiatives to upskill and reskill teams on generative AI technologies and industry best practices. Collaboration with business development teams to identify opportunities, pitch GenAI solutions, and onboard new clients will be a key aspect of your role. You will also ensure the successful delivery of GenAI projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction, acting as a trusted advisor to clients by providing thought leadership on generative AI strategies and solutions. Financial and operational excellence will be crucial, as you will own P&L responsibility for the GenAI practice. Defining and tracking KPIs to measure practice success and client ROI, driving operational efficiencies to optimize costs, delivery timelines, and resource utilization are essential components of this role. To excel in this position, you must have strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, transformers (e.g., GPT, BERT), and diffusion models. Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or Hugging Face is required. A proven track record in designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions, experience across industries, and a solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions will be beneficial.
