AI Garage Manager

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Along with that, a minimum of 15 years of experience in technology, product management, consulting, or a related field is required, with a specific focus on AI/ML solutions. Additionally, you should possess at least 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing teams of 20 or more individuals, with a primary emphasis on AI strategy, solution development, or product delivery. Your role will involve engaging with senior stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers. It is also crucial to have experience in defining and implementing an AI strategy and converting prototypes into fully developed products. Moreover, possessing a Master's degree or PhD in a relevant technical field such as AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is preferred. You should also have experience with Agentic AI principles and applications, particularly in an enterprise setting. A deep interest and existing knowledge of the latest advancements in AI, particularly in Enterprise AI, is highly valued. Furthermore, a profound understanding of HR operations, processes, and product areas is essential for this role. You should have the ability to effectively manage complex organizational changes and address obstacles hindering the adoption of new technology solutions.
