Financial Reporting & Auditing Prepare consolidated P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets across business units. Strategic Planning & E-commerce Integration Plan and oversee the financial ecosystem of the group’s upcoming e-commerce division , including reconciliation of payment gateways, vendor payouts, and digital transaction logs. Banking, Financial Strategy & Institutional Liaison Act as the primary liaison with banks for loans, credit facilities, and payment structuring across all business verticals.
