As the Plant HR Head you will be responsible for providing complete HR leadership to the upcoming green field project. Setting up the Set up the HR, General Administration;
Safety - Health and (iv) Security-Vigilance functions in the Greenfield project and framed policies in these functional areas. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage employee relations, and oversee the entire employee lifecycle at the plant.
Job Role: You will play a crucial role in setting up HR and Admin processes in the factory.
