AGM Civil Structure Engineer

As a Lead Civil Structural Engineer for solar and renewable projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, engineering, and layout of structures related to solar energy generation. Your role will involve creating and refining structural designs for solar panel foundations, support structures, and associated infrastructure. It will be crucial to ensure that these designs are optimized for factors such as wind load, seismic considerations, and other environmental aspects. In this position, you will also be tasked with developing comprehensive site layouts that aim to maximize energy generation efficiency while minimizing land use and environmental impact. Collaboration with other engineering disciplines, such as electrical and mechanical, will be necessary to ensure seamless integration of systems within the project. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed construction drawings and specifications using CAD software, ensuring precision and clarity in all documentation. Regular reviews of technical drawings will be conducted to confirm compliance with industry standards and best practices. Furthermore, you will be required to perform detailed engineering analysis, including structural assessments and calculations to determine load-bearing capacities and material strengths. The utilization of tools such as finite element analysis (FEA) and other engineering software will be essential for complex structural evaluations. As part of your role, you will need to identify and recommend suitable materials based on project requirements, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability considerations. It will be important to ensure that the selected materials meet relevant codes and standards for durability and performance. This position is located in Gurgaon and requires a minimum of 14-22 years of experience in the field. The current CTC offered ranges from 20-36 LPA, with a maximum hike of 30-35%.,
