Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Job Responsibilities Prepare and distribute documents for board, committee, and shareholder meetings, including agendas, minutes, and briefing papers.
