Ensure timely submission of compliance documents and RERA-related paperwork. System & Software Management: Use CRM, Excel, project management tools, and real estate ERP systems with proficiency. Update records, generate automated reports, and perform data analysis as needed. Ensure seamless digital workflow and minimize manual dependencies. Project Oversight Support: Track progress on site development, customer handovers, and post-sales support. Assist the Director in monitoring key project KPIs and timelines. Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions. Desired Candidate ProfileExperience: Minimum 4–6 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate sector. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Professional certifications in office management or real estate operations are a plus. System Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, CRMs, and real estate management software. Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
