Job Description

responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth (HNI) clients by providing tailored financial solutions and ensuring high client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with HNI clients through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Financial Solutions & Advice:

    Providing tailored financial solutions, including investment advice and wealth management services, based on client needs and risk profiles.
  • Sales & Revenue Targets:

    Achieving sales targets by cross-selling banking products and services, including third-party investment products.
  • Client Acquisition:

    Identifying and acquiring new high-net-worth clients for the Burgundy segment.
  • Client Engagement:

    Organizing and participating in client engagement activities to foster stronger relationships and increase wallet share.
  • Risk Profiling:

    Maintaining accurate client profiles, including risk profiles, demographics, and assets held with the bank.
  • Compliance & Documentation:

    Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and maintaining proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Staying updated on available banking products, investment options, and financial markets to provide informed advice.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and financial markets.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and provide sound financial advice.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in wealth management and/or private banking is often preferred.
  • A graduate degree, and potentially an MBA, is often required.
