Responsibilities: Coordination with internal sales team Coordinate with Plant Team on dispatches against orders raised Communicate with clients and follow up on orders Coordinate with Sales officers/ customers on the various tenders/ POs issued and payments receivable. Prepare quotes, update MIS & assist in dispatch tracking Ensure smooth communication flow between departments Manage customer interactions, address inquiries, and maintain customer satisfaction. Follow up on leads generated by the sales team, ensuring proper handling and closure. Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other. Be required to travel to meet customers Be required to take up additional responsibilities and tasks required for achieving business targets upon the discretion of the Business Head.
