The candidate will manage 2 supervisors and 30+ operators, ensuring quality, output, and process efficiency targets are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and optimize day-to-day production operations. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 30+ shop-floor operators and 2 supervisors.
