Job Description: AEM Front-End Content Author Position: AEM Front-End Content Author Location: Gurugram (Work From Office) Experience: 46 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: IT / Digital Marketing / E-commerce Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced AEM Front-End Content Author to join our digital content team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with a strong front-end background in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will be responsible for authoring, managing, and publishing web content while ensuring pixel-perfect front-end implementation aligned with brand and UX standards. Key Responsibilities: Create, update, and publish web pages using AEM Sites and predefined templates/components. Develop and style web content with custom HTML/CSS for enhanced layout and responsiveness. Work closely with UI/UX designers and developers to translate wireframes and designs into functional AEM content. Ensure mobile responsiveness , cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1). Manage assets in AEM DAM and ensure consistent metadata and versioning. Troubleshoot layout or content-related issues and ensure timely page publishing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, SEO, and analytics for content improvements. Perform QA checks and user acceptance testing (UAT) on authored content. Required Skills: Minimum 4–6 years of AEM content authoring experience (version 6.4+ preferred). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and responsive design techniques. Solid understanding of AEM templates, components, and DAM workflows. Experience with SEO-friendly page structuring and metadata management. Familiarity with front-end debugging tools , browser dev tools, and performance optimization. Good understanding of accessibility (ADA/WCAG) and mobile-first principles. Good to Have: Exposure to AEM front-end development and client libraries. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence. Working knowledge of version control (Git) and deployment workflows. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
