Key Responsibilities : 1. Design and development of heavy-duty cranes, specifically Four Girder Cranes with a capacity of 125 tons for mixer applications. 2. Create detailed engineering drawings and calculations to meet project specifications and industry standards. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality assurance, to ensure design feasibility and compliance. 4. Perform structural and mechanical analysis to ensure the reliability and safety of designs. 5. Evaluate materials and recommend appropriate selections for optimal performance and durability. 6. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards for heavy manufacturing equipment. 7. Mentor and guide junior design engineers, fostering technical development within the team. 8. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in crane design and implement improvements where applicable. Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools. Strong understanding of heavy machinery design principles and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in liaising with clients for customized design solutions.

Role & responsibilities • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce waste, and ensure optimal use of resources. Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and workflow analysis. Design efficient plant/facility layouts, material handling systems, and production schedules. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and R&D. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvements and address variances. Lead cost-reduction projects and suggest improvements in resource utilization. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements. Support capacity planning, demand forecasting, and inventory control. Role & responsibilities • Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks for mechanical components, welded assemblies, and machined parts. Interpret and convert legacy 2D drawings into accurate 3D models for design updates and modernization. Design and optimize components used in fabrication, CNC machining, tooling, casting, and welded steel structures. Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability. Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection based on application and load conditions. Create Bills of Materials (BOM), assembly instructions, and technical documentation. Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards, safety norms, and internal quality protocols. Engage in design reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. • 36 years of experience in SolidWorks-based mechanical design, preferably in heavy fabrication or machinery manufacturing industry. • Prior exposure to steel fabrication, precision mechanical assemblies, and custom machine design is highly preferred.
