Responsibilities: Workfront Expertise Administer and maintain the Adobe Workfront platform, including user management, permissions, and system configurations. Develop and implement workflows, templates, and custom reports to support work management processes. Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and templates. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Adobe Workfront and FUSION integrations. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Adobe Workfront. Collaborate with project managers, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. Stay up to date with the latest Adobe Workfront and FUSION features and best practices. Interface with the client key contact to identify business problems and opportunities to enhance the Adobe Workfront platform. Integrate Adobe Workfront with other systems and applications using Adobe FUSION. Thought Leadership Help our clients define solutions, integration points, and overall implementation within the Adobe Workfront tool. Ability to quickly identify and implement best practices and patterns required for Fusion implementations. Ability to identify alternative and creative implementation approaches for complex client use cases.
