Adobe Framaker

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Adobe FrameMaker professional for a short-term 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in creating, editing, and formatting complex technical documentation using Adobe FrameMaker. You will work closely with the content and design teams to ensure all outputs meet brand, quality, and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, format, and update documents using Adobe FrameMaker (Structured/Unstructured).
• Convert source content from Word, XML, or PDF into FrameMaker templates.
• Ensure consistency of style, layout, and branding across all documents.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, editors, and graphic designers.
• Create user manuals, technical guides, and training material.
• Apply stylesheets, TOCs, indexing, cross-referencing, and conditional text.
• Maintain file naming conventions and version control.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker (structured and/or unstructured).
• Experience with technical documentation and formatting standards.
• Familiarity with XML/DITA (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and formatting consistency.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
