Adobe Campaign Technical Consultant

A detail-oriented and results-driven Adobe Campaign Technical Consultant with experience in the banking or financial services domain is being sought after. As an ideal candidate, you should possess 4+ years of experience in designing, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign. Your role will require a strong proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools such as SSIS to manage end-to-end campaign workflows, including data extraction, transformation, and loading from complex data environments. You will collaborate closely with marketing, data, and compliance teams to deliver targeted communications, enhance customer engagement, and ensure regulatory adherence. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing personalized 1:1 customer communication journeys using Adobe Campaign, building and optimizing workflows and campaign automation to support acquisition, retention, and cross-sell initiatives for banking products, extending and customizing Adobe Campaign database schema, working with SQL to extract, transform, and segment customer data, designing and maintaining ETL processes using tools like SSIS, ensuring compliance with banking regulations in all campaigns, coordinating the execution, testing, monitoring, and tracking of multichannel campaigns, managing offer library and dynamic content blocks for various banking services, collaborating with marketing teams, resolving high-priority production issues, and monitoring delivery rates, bounce rates, and engagement metrics. You should have 4+ years of experience in Adobe Campaign development and end-to-end campaign execution, a strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, segmentation, and transformation, experience with ETL processes and tools such as SSIS, hands-on experience with campaign workflow orchestration and Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard, hands-on experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization, experience working with banking or financial institutions, a good understanding of data privacy laws, experience with FDA integration for data extraction, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.,
