Admission Counselor, Education Counselor

As an Admission & Counseling professional, your primary responsibilities will involve handling walk-in and telephonic inquiries from prospective students and their parents. You will provide counseling on various programs offered, with the aim of convincing and converting these inquiries into admissions. Achieving individual targets will be crucial in this role, requiring a proactive approach and persuasive communication skills. In addition to direct interactions, you will also be expected to visit schools and colleges to deliver presentations, collect feedback from participants, and consolidate this information for further analysis. Cold calling may be required to reach out to potential candidates, and preparing MIS reports to track progress and outcomes will be part of your routine tasks. Furthermore, conducting seminars to engage with a wider audience is also a key aspect of this position. The ideal candidate for this role must possess excellent English communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
