Job Title:* Admission Counselor cum Telecaller *Job Summary:* We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admission Counselor cum Telecaller to join our team. As an Admission Counselor cum Telecaller, you'll guide prospective students through the admission process, provide accurate information about programs, and ensure a smooth and professional experience from inquiry to enrollment. Your role will involve telecalling, counseling, and advising students on admission-related matters. *Responsibilities:* - *Counseling and Advising:* - Guide students in searching for relevant universities based on their educational qualifications and career aspirations. - Help students with application processes and assist them in submitting solid applications. - Conduct personality tests to identify students' professional inclinations and skill sets. - *Telecalling:* - Make outbound calls to prospective students to promote our programs and services. - Respond to inquiries and provide information about admission requirements, financial aid, and academic programs. - *Recruitment and Marketing:* - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students. - Represent our institution at college fairs, high schools, and other promotional opportunities. - *Data Management:* - Maintain accurate records and data related to admissions and enrollment. - Track student applications and ensure timely follow-ups. *Requirements:* - *Education:* 12th/ Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field. - *Experience:* Previous experience in higher education, sales, or customer service is valued. - *Skills:* - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong planning and people reading skills. - Ability to multitask and stay organized. - Familiarity with college and university programs, majors, admissions requirements, and processes. *What We Offer:* - *Salary:* ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month. - *Work Arrangement:* Option to work from home.
