Admission Counsellor

As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and counseling to prospective students as well as experienced professionals regarding our wide range of Online/Distance Programs. Your key focus will be on effectively managing inquiries from various channels such as walk-ins, telephone calls, and online platforms, with the primary goal of converting leads into successful enrolments. You will be expected to respond promptly and professionally to pre-admission inquiries from individuals interested in our programs. Building and nurturing positive relationships with students and working professionals to ensure their satisfaction and success will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Meeting sales targets in a competitive and performance-driven environment will also be part of your key objectives. The ideal candidate for this role should possess exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication. You should be able to convey your thoughts and ideas clearly and coherently to effectively engage with our audience. Demonstrating patience and maintaining composure in challenging situations will be highly valued in this position.
