Position Summary: The Administration support function provides primary support for site related administration activities for our offices in Bangalore . Job Description: General Admin activities such as management of site security, employee transportation, industrial canteen, front office management, support site engagement activities. Coordinate with HR and operations on workforce-related administrative matters Track operational and office-related costs and implement cost-saving measures. Assistance to Leadership team. Ensure upkeep and maintenance of Office, meeting rooms, cafeteria, security office. Global visitor management Hospitality and Transportation Vendor/Contract Management - Processing of vendor payments, vendor management, registration, and coordination and Guest House Management. Oversee housekeeping and site administrative requirements and serve as a point of contact for employee grievances Ensuring travel and stay arrangements with Hotels, Guest Houses, Transporters and other service providers for visitors and customers Support VISA assistance. Support EHS and site security protocols Facilitate onboarding, ID card issuance, access control and workspace arrangements for employees. Support compliance audit (internal and external) requirements Additional Details: 5 to 7 years of related experience, Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Quick learner; Good record keeping skills using MS-Excel, problem-solver, ability to work independently , strong interpersonal skills and improve performance through management feedback, Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, Multitask and manage priorities Prefer veterans Education: Bachelors degree preferred
