Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages).
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of office premises and facilities.
  • Assist in HR tasks such as maintaining attendance records and onboarding new employees.
  • Handle petty cash and process reimbursements.
  • Maintain records, databases, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Provide general support to staff and visitors.
