dministrator, is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of an organization's IT infrastructure. This includes managing computer systems, networks, servers, and software, as well as implementing security measures and providing technical support to users. They ensure the IT environment runs efficiently, securely, and in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware and Software Management:Maintaining, configuring, and upgrading computer systems, servers, networks, and software applications.
• Network Administration:Managing local and wide area networks (LANs and WANs), intranets, and other network systems.
• Security Management:Implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
• User Support:Providing technical support to employees, resolving IT-related issues, and assisting with software and hardware problems.
• System Monitoring and Maintenance:Monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing preventative measures to ensure smooth operations.
• Data Management:Implementing and managing data backup and recovery procedures, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Policy and Procedure Implementation:Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of new technologies and trends in the IT field, and adapting to changes in the IT landscape.
• Documentation:Maintaining accurate documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations.
• Training and Mentoring:Training and mentoring junior IT staff and other employees on IT-related topics.
• Vendor Management:Working with vendors for hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
