We’re looking for a passionate and process-strong people leader to take charge of end-to-end HR responsibilities across the employee lifecycle. From onboarding to exit, engagement to reporting — this role is for someone who enjoys owning outcomes and enabling others. Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management Manage the entire employee lifecycle – onboarding, induction, training, employee engagement, performance management, and exit processes. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance. Serve as the primary HR partner for day-to-day employee needs. Employee Experience and Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives. Support new joiner experience, internal communication, and event coordination. Build trust and drive positive workplace connections. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and manage the recruitment process. Lead onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires. HR Operations and Systems Own HR trackers and reporting (headcount, hiring status, exits, etc.). Ensure data accuracy and audit readiness. Manage and support HRMS usage and improvements. Performance & Culture Management: Drive performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms. Champion company culture and support initiatives that promote employee engagement, motivation, and retention. Process Development and Improvement Create and maintain SOPs and internal workflows. Identify and implement operational efficiencies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for HR process alignment. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, resolving issues with empathy and compliance. Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Policy & Compliance: Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and company goals. Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory regulations. HR Strategy & Reporting: Provide strategic input to leadership on workforce planning, succession, and organizational development. Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports for informed decision-making. Candidate Profile 5-8 years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources. Strong working knowledge of HRMS tools (Zoho, Razor pay, etc.) High ownership, strong coordination skills, and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing organization. Strong understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and statutory compliance in India. Proven ability to manage HR operations independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
