About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sponsorship & Alliance Manager to join our growing media sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for building partnerships, conceptualizing brand integrations, and closing high-value media deals across platforms like DOOH, OOH, in-game branding, events, and activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, networking, referrals, and events.

Pitch tailored media solutions aligned with client objectives.

Explain the value proposition and target audience reach of offerings including DOOH, OOH, in-game ads, and activations.

Negotiate deals and manage the sales cycle from lead to closure.

Maintain accurate and timely client records, proposals, and campaign details.

Monitor media campaign execution and ensure client satisfaction.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop long-term relationships with brands and agencies.

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor insights, and market dynamics.

Conceptualize and pitch brand integration ideas and innovative sponsorship opportunities.

Attend meetings and events, even outside regular business hours if required.

Requirements:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong media sales acumen with ability to conceptualize brand solutions.

Proficient in PowerPoint and client presentations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Immediate joiner or notice period not exceeding 15 days.
