Job Description

We are hiring a competent and experienced Account Executive who possesses strong knowledge and hands-on experience in core financial statements and reporting. The ideal candidate must have in-depth expertise in Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss P&L, CMA data preparation, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Accounts, and CMA reports
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely data entry
• Maintain general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Generate and analyze cash flow statements and budgeting reports
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
• Assist in preparing documents and reports for audits and financial reviews
• Provide regular MIS reports and financial summaries to management

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong expertise in Balance Sheet, P&L, and CMA data preparation is mandatory
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting tools or software
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or fashion industry will be an added advantage
