Roles and Responsibilities
1. Entries in ERP related to : Sales export invoice
2. ERP Entries after receiving Custom Document3. Sales entries in Tally and maintain their files4. Sales Entries after Receiving Custom Document6. Maintaining MEIS and DRAWBACK Details in excel8. Export Sale Invoice GST Recondition With Shipping Bill9. Maintaining Invoice & Custom Document Details10. Monthly report preparation- Sales Inventory Wise Details- Purchase Inventory Wise Details- Branch Transfer IN&OUT Inventory Wise Details12. Doing accounting entry related to following:a) Purchase consumables related bookingb) Journal vouchers13. Responsible for Export credit facility and Post shipment discounting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
