Job Description:

As an Accountant at D Exuberance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will work closely with the finance team and management to maintain financial stability, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

PURCHASE | STOCK | MATERIAL USAGE

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements on a regular basis. Ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with various departments to develop budgets and forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis.

General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including posting journal entries, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate coding of transactions.

Tax Compliance: Prepare and file various tax returns (income tax, sales tax, etc.) while staying up-to-date with changing tax regulations. Assist with tax planning strategies.

Audit Support: Coordinate and provide support during internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with audit requirements and address audit findings as necessary.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, cost analysis, and profitability assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures.

Compliance and Regulations: Stay current with accounting principles and regulations, making sure the company remains compliant with all relevant financial laws and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
• Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a related financial role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
