About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. File TDS, PF, and ESIC returns accurately and on time. 2. Handle monthly compliance and payment processing. 3. Maintain records of all statutory filings. 4. Coordinate with finance/HR teams and auditors. 5. Ensure compliance with Indian tax and labor laws. Requirements: 1. B.Com or M.Com graduate. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in TDS, PF, and ESIC return filing. 3. Proficient in Tally or similar software. 4. Good understanding of statutory regulations.
