Job description We are looking for Experienced Sales engineer capable of handling end to end sales & business development for Utility Automation Products and solutions to target verticals like Power & Energy, Transportation, Oil & Gas. The Desired Key Account Sales Engineer should have a mix of Sales, Business Development, Marketing and an execution-driven mindset. Job Location: Khadi Machine Chowk (Kondhwa ) Pune, Maharashtra, India Job Type: Full Time, Onsite(Work From Office) Minimum Qualification and Experience: Bachelor / masters degree in Electronics / E&TC / Electrical Engineering Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Sales & Business Development preferably Energy / Power Automation Sector Background of Power & Energy, Switch Gear, Substation Automation Industry is added Advantage + MBA is Added Advantage Understanding of Energy Automation Products / solution like RTU, SCADA, ADMS is added advantage Indepth Commercial Knowledge of Taxation, INCO Terms and statuary terms in Sales & business is Must. Role & Responsibilities: Handling complete sales from finding prospects, till successful conversion to business through client visits, enquiry generation, techno-commercial proposals, follow ups, Managing Existing Accounts and Finding new Prospects from focused Verticals like Power & Energy, Transportation, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy and Power System OEM Sector Select Key Accounts from Prospective list of customers and concentrate on short Term and long-Term Opportunities, Develop an extensive knowledge base of all assigned strategic/key accounts, including their business profile, competition, business processes, culture, technology footprint, decision making, business Plans and strategies.. Within each key account, seek to expand and strengthen Brodersen’s presence by establishing proactive relationships with decision-makers, recommenders and influences, Set Yearly Business Plan Based on Solution / Opportunity Matrix for Each Key account and derive long term business Strategy for sustainable business growth with Each Account, Arranging Product Presentations and Demonstrations at customer’s end, Explore New Application Areas and Business Opportunities Considering various product Mix and Integrated solutions with complementary products to offer End to End Solution Prepare Success stories in Existing Key Accounts and finding similar opportunities with similar customers to multiply the Successful cases. Commercially close all Sales Deals with timely payment collection and closing cases with completing documentation, Coordinating with Operation Team for smooth Execution of Orders and ensuring after sales support to win customer confidence and trust. Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitor’s activities and possible threat in established Accounts.
