JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE-PURCHASE
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for Account Executive- Purchase who is responsible for procuring goods and services for a company, ensuring they are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively. This involves sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors, as well as overseeing the purchase order process and ensuring timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management and Processing:
Creating, reviewing, and processing purchase orders, and coordinating delivery schedules with suppliers.
Other Responsibilities:
Tracking orders, resolving issues with vendors, managing procurement activities, and maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills:
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
· Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
· Knowledge of TDS section & GST
· Accounting Software: Tally Prime
Education and Experience:
· A bachelor's degree in supply chain management
· business administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role typically 1-3 years.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
