Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive – Finance to handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bank reconciliation, GST, TDS compliance, balance sheet preparation, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the travel or service industry and be proficient in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bank reconciliation and monitor cash inflow/outflow
• Manage GST input/output entries and file returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filing of returns (Form 26Q, 27Q)
• Maintain ledgers, journals, and supporting documents as per audit requirements
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and support during audits
• Track accounts receivable/payable and coordinate with vendors and clients
• Reconcile travel invoices and cross-check supplier payments
• Maintain monthly MIS reports for management review

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• 2–4 years of accounting experience (experience in travel/hospitality is a plus)
• Proficient in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian Accounting Standards
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with travel bookings and reconciliation of travel invoices
• Experience in vendor negotiations and settlement
• Working knowledge of ROC filings and audit coordination
