About the job:

We are looking for female candidates for the post of Academic Coordinator (Primary) for School. The role function is pivotal in fostering an environment of curiosity, playfulness, creativity, academic excellence and innovation. The Academic Coordinator is expected to be proactive in her approach. She must be proficient in English communication skills, must be well-versed with the current trends in education and up-to-date with NEP. She must possess excellent leadership qualities, administrative knowledge, team building skills, be student friendly and great at building a strong bond between school and the parent community. She must have prior experience in handling  curriculum development, upgradation,  timetable making, planning examinations, working out annual planner and more. She needs to be pro-management in achieving the institution's goals. As an integral part of our team, the Academic Coordinator will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive growth opportunities and implement innovative strategies that enhance learning outcomes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
