We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Academic Content Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the educational experience of our users by developing, reviewing, and managing high-quality academic content for our learning platform. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our platform and the learning outcomes of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative content that aligns with curriculum standards.
• Develop lesson plans, quizzes, assignments, and other educational resources tailored to the needs of our learners.
• Produce content with the help of AI tools like InVideo, Renderforest, H5P, and others to enhance the learning experience.
• Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to our target audience.

Content Review:

• Review and edit content for clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy.
• Ensure that content adheres to our style guidelines and meets quality standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to content creators to enhance the quality of materials.

Curriculum Management:

• Develop and maintain curriculum maps and course outlines to guide content creation.
• Ensure all content aligns with learning objectives and addresses the needs of our users.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our curriculum, making necessary adjustments.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all content is error-free and meets our high standards.
• Monitor user feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve content quality and relevance.

Technology Integration:

• Stay informed about educational technology trends and integrate relevant tools into our content.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the smooth integration of content into our learning app.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational theories, principles, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools.
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
• Knowledge of relevant educational standards and guidelines.
• Experience and awareness of AI tools and their application in content development and educational processes.
